NASA will launch Crew-12 aboard a SpaceX Dragon on Feb. 11, with live coverage across platforms. Docking with the ISS is targeted for Feb. 12 at 10:30 a.m. EST.
If the fueling test goes well, the Artemis II flight around the moon and back could take off as early as Feb. 8.
The removal follows a noticeable pause in launches from the historic pad. The most recent Falcon 9 flight from LC-39A occurred on December 17, 2025, a departure from the site’s intense activity in 2025, when Falcon vehicles launched 165 times overall (though not all from 39A).
The quartet's arrival will take the ISS back up to its normal complement of seven crewmembers. The station has been staffed by just three astronauts — one American and two Russians — since Jan. 15, when SpaceX's Crew-11 mission departed for Earth.
